Specializing in Tesla repair, EV service, and German engineering, Matt brings deep technical expertise and hands-on knowledge to every vehicle that enters the shop. His mission? To deliver dealership-quality work without the dealership price — all backed by integrity and care.

Sarah – Co-Founder, Booking Coordinator & Client Service Advisor

Sarah is the friendly face (and voice) behind your service experience at MaxPerformance Auto. From booking your appointment to keeping you informed every step of the way, she ensures everything runs smoothly. With a focus on exceptional customer service, Sarah brings organization, warmth, and professionalism to the front office — making every client feel like part of the family.
