Matt – Founder & Lead Technician
With over 15 years in the automotive industry, Matt—owner and lead technician—brings a rare combination of hands-on expertise and forward-thinking vision to every repair. He trained and worked with Tesla and BMW/MINI, gaining deep insight into advanced EV systems and precision German engineering.

Matthew’s knowledge, passion, and commitment to doing things the right way are what inspired him to launch his own shop—where quality, integrity, and customer care come first. Today, he specializes in Tesla repairs, EV servicing, and European vehicle care, delivering dealership-level service without the dealership price tag.

Sarah – Co-Founder, Booking Coordinator & Client Service Advisor

Sarah is the friendly face (and voice) behind your service experience at MaxPerformance Auto. From booking your appointment to keeping you informed every step of the way, she ensures everything runs smoothly. With a focus on exceptional customer service, Sarah brings organization, warmth, and professionalism to the front office — making every client feel like part of the family.

Together, Matt and Sarah have built MaxPerformance Auto into a trusted destination for EV repair, Tesla service, and general automotive maintenance in Ottawa, Gatineau, and the surrounding areas.
